Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Fxhibits and .the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
_ further aclmowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor pawn, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and ma~lage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of E
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels i~ the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms aid provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that-the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Urners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon_the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tiie said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R~rchaser assianes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is_made or intended
nor may one be relied except ~rhere the .same is specifically warranted or guaranteed _
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
