COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of_ the 19th -
Judicial Circuit of Florida, and shows unto the Court that the Respondent
is residing outside the -jurisdiction of St. Lucie County, and is now
residing at 521 White Street, Daytona, Florida. It is therefore
respectfully moved that the Clerk of the Circuit Court,. St. Lucie
County, Florida, be instructed -to transfer the entire original file
on this ,matter to V. Y. Smith, Clerk of Circuit Court, Volusia County
Court-House, Deland, Florida 32720.
