ORDER -
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing and all. parties
having-received proper and timely notice-and the Court-having
heard testimony of the parties and witnesses and having heard -
argument<_of counsel, and being otherwise fully and well advised
in the premises, it is -
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, LEVON THOMAS,
-the natural mother, ROSA A. BROWN,-and the minor child XAVIER
' BROWN, shall and they are hereby ordered to submit to HLA blood
tests for the determination of paternity of the minor child.within
_ ninety days of the date of this order; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DEPARTMENT.
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES OF THE -STATE OF FLORIDA,
shall and it is hereby ordered to make all the necessary arrange-
ments for said blood tests and to pay the costs of said tests.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, on this 20th day of September, 1979.
