PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of TERESA D. HILLMON, Incompetent,
alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this Guardianship no longer
exists by reason of the fact that she has recovered from her physical
infirmity and is now in a position to carry on her affairs.
2. Petitioner herewith files a Waiver of the requirement of a final
return and annual accounting of the ward's property of which petitioner
has .controlled since the initiation of this voluntary guardianship. The
ward voluntarily consents to the discharge of the guardian.
3. Petitioner represents that there are no other parties to this -
action that require notice or waivers. -
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered discharging
petitioner as guardian.
Under penalties of perjury I delcare that I have read the foregoing,
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
