This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge of the
Guardian of -the property of TERESA D. HILLMON, Incompetent,-under a
voluntary guardianship, appropriate waivers~as to final accountings and
returns as well as notice of hearing have been filed by all interested
parties entitled to the same, and the Court being satisfied that the
guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as-such guardian, and
has delivered the assets of the ward to the person entitled thereto;
