- On the Petition of EDKAR LEE PETERSON for Summary Administra-
tion of the Estate of WILLIAM M. PETERSON,_deceased, the Court finding
- that the decedent died on the 3rd day of August, 1973;- that-all
interested persons have joined in the Petition and eonsented to the
entry of this Order; that the material allegations of the Petition are
true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, "

ship 35.South, Range, 39 East, thence run East
i 44.5 feet to a point, said point being the East
i boundary of the Canal right-of-way as recorded
in Chancery Order Book 2, page 55, of the Public
Records_of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run
North 325 feet for a point of beginning; thence
run North along said cana-1 right-of-way, 319.85
feet to the edge of the Willis Road right-oE-way;
thence East 293.5 feet along said right-of-way
for Willis Road; thence run South 319.85 feet; -
thence run East 211 feet; thence run South 325 -
feet; thence run West 329 feet; thence run
North 325 feet; thence run West 175.5 feet to
the Point of Beginning; less and excepting there-
. from all rights of -way for public roads and
drainage canals and utility easements.
It is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to- ;
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
