The petition of DEBORAH CARRAWAY for the appointment of
a guardian of-the property of HEATHER REPP, a minor, coming on -
-this day to be heard, and it appearing to the Court. that the _
said person is incompetent because of minority, and that it
is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court
having jurisdiction and being fully advised, it is
' ADJUDGED that DEBORAH CARRAWAY is hereby appointed as
guardian of the property of HEATHER REPP, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said guardian is required to file
a bond in the amount of $ /O, 0 00.0 0 payable -to the Governor
of the State of Florida and to his successors in office, conditioned
on the faithful performance of all duties by the guardian, accord-
ing to law.
