under the last will of decedent.

Ohio, died on January 9, 1979 at Cincinnatti, Ohio.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of-this estate,

St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 15, Block 13 Silver Lake Park addition
according to the Plat-thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 10 at page eight of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida less than $10,000.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration in this
state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does
not exceed $10,000.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including exempt
property be distributed or disposed of as follows:
