9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set .forth in paragraph 11. -
10. An exemplified copy of the original of the decedent's last will,
dated October 6, 1976, is on file with the Court. -
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by
Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's
last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
