WILL TO RECORD PURSUANT TO
FLORIDA STATUTES 734.103
The petition of Lola Marie Rogers alleges:
1. Albert Beyer late of Hamilton Gounty, Cincinnatti, Ohio, died
on January 9, 1979, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated October 6,
1976 which was duly proved-and admitted to probate and recorded in the-
_ Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, State of Ohio, a court of probate
jurisdiction, on April 18, 1979.
_2. Zhat the Will compiles with laws of Florida as to form and manner
of execution and devising real property in this County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and Testament, the
petition for probate, the order admitting the Will to probate, and that
part of the domiciliary record that shows the names of the devises. under
the Will are filed with this petition.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an order admitting the-probated
foreign Will to record in this Court.
Under penalty of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the--best of my knowledge and belief.-
