LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF

I, ALBERT BEYER, being of full age and of sound and disposing- mind
_ and memory, do hereby make, publish, ,and declare this to be ray Last Wili
and Testament, hereby revoking alt other and former wills, testaments,
and codicils whatsoever by me made.
ITEM- ONE. I direct that alt my just debts and fw~erai expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as can he conveniently done.
ITEM TWO. I direct that my body be cremated and the ashes interred°
at Oak Hill Cemetery near -the remains of my late wife, THELMA BEYER.

-ITEM THREE. I give, 'bequeath, and devise all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and fixed, of whatsoever kind
and description and wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right
to dispose of at-the time of my decease, to my sister-in-law, LOLA-MARIE
ROGFRS, residing at 3152 Naylor Drive, Ft, Pierce, Florida, 33450, and
my sister, ANNA M. CLARK, residing at 402_ Dorchester, Apt. 35, Kings
Point, Sun City Center, Florida, 33570, equally in -fee simple.. Should
LOLA MARIE ROGERS predecease me, then the share she would have received,
if living, shal? pass to and vest in nay sister ANNA M. CLARK, . If my sister,
ANNA M. CLARK, predeceases me, then the share she would have received,
if living, shall pass to and vest in her children then living, in equal shares.
ITEM FOUR. I hereby make, nominate, and appoint ALBERT J.
LERNER to be Executor of this, my Last Vlfill and Testament, and hereby
authorize and empower my said- Executor to compound, .compromise, settle,
and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate, and _
to sell at private or public sale, at such prices and upon such terms of
credit or otherwise as he may deem best, the whole or any part of my real
or personal property, and to execute, acknowledge, and deliver, deeds and
other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to" the purchaser or pur-
chasers. No purchaser"from my Executor need see to the application of
the purchase money-, but the receipt of my Executor shall be a complete
discharge and acquittance. therefor. I request that no bond be required of
my Executor. - ~ .
In tl-~e event ALBERT J. LERNER predeceases me, or for any reason
cannot qualify or cannot-serve as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testa-
