Lerner % 'for an ord of the Court relieving the estate of Albert B~ygr ~ . dec sed. from administration. and directing the.transfer of the assets of said 'estate. - - ~ - Whereupon. the,Court finds .that said decedent died on January 9 ~ lg 79 . and was survived by - - who are h is ~ sole legatees. ' The Court further finds that the entire estate of said decedent and its value consists of• Cash in the sum of $88x8.98 and an undivided 1/2 interest in real estate located at St. Lucie County, Florida valued at $6000.00. S The Court finds from the representations made. that further notice is unnecessary. and that said estate comes within the provisions of Section 2113.03 of the Revised Code of Ohio. and that creditors will not be prejudiced by granting said order. The Court further finds that the creditors of said estate have ~ been paid and that the person- entitled to the assets of said estates are Ann Clark and Lola Marie Rogers, equally It is. therefore. ordered and decreed that said estate be, and is hereby relieved from administration. and it is further ordered that the property described above be delivered and transferred to Ann Clark and Lola Marie l~ogers It is -further ordered that the following property is to be delivered or transferred to the surviving spouse or minor child in lieu of the claim of said person- under Section 2117.20 O.
