This cause came. on to be heard on the application.of Albert J. Lerner %
'for an ord of the Court relieving the

directing the.transfer of the assets of said 'estate. - - ~ -
Whereupon. the,Court finds .that said decedent died on January 9 ~ lg 79 .
and was survived by - -

' The Court further finds that the entire estate of said decedent and its value consists of• Cash in the
sum of $88x8.98 and an undivided 1/2 interest in real estate located at St. Lucie

The Court finds from the representations made. that further notice is unnecessary. and that said estate
comes within the provisions of Section 2113.03 of the Revised Code of Ohio. and that creditors will not be
prejudiced by granting said order.

It is. therefore. ordered and decreed that said estate be, and is hereby relieved from administration. and
it is further ordered that the property described above be delivered and transferred to Ann Clark and

or minor child in lieu of the claim of said person- under Section 2117.20 O. R. C.: No surviving spouse.
