admitted to probate and record in Court of Common. Pleas, Hamilton County,
a Court probate-jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the
decedent-compiles with the laws of Florida as to from and execution, and
that it devises"real property located in this County, owned by the dece-.
dent at the time of-his death; said property-described as: _
- Lot 15, Block 13 Silver Lake Fark addition accor-
ding to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 10 at page eight of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. Less than $10,000.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the ~nlill, the
Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate court of the -
domiciliary estate have been filed herein ~y the Petitioner, it is
f ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament
of Albert Be er, deceased is admitted to probate according to law, as and
