NOW., THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
mortgage first described above is by this instrument subor=
dinated and made inferior to that certain mortgage given by
DALE V. COL$AN and MAR~IENE M. COLEAN, his wife, to the Sun
Bank of St. Lucie County in the principal amount of $60,000
which is dated August 14, 1979 and recorded on August 15,
1979 in O.R. Book-314 at Page 2024 of the Public Records of
