THIS CAUSE-was heard on September 18 , 1979 r, upon the l~(otion
for Enforcement and Conteapt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and-not having been
represented by an attorney, and-the Court having heard al-1 of the testimony of
the parties and being fully_advised in the prmises, it is therefore '
ADJUDGBD that WILLIE MYLES PARKER , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged -
guilty of Willful contempt of this Court for his Willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St.- Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on November 17 19 79 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found. -
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the~sum of $ 212.00 , plus $2.00.
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk
of Circuit-Court of this County, together With-costs of this arrest. You and
your duly-authorized deputies are therefore
~ ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said WILLIE MYLES PARKER on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court-and this Court shall be promptly notified of hi•
arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of 8ealth and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
-Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this day of
