- ORDER
_ THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on September 18,
1979, upon the Defendant's Oral Petition for Modification of the -
Final Judgment previously entered herein and the Court having
- heard testimony of the Defendant and argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on September 21,
1979, the child support payments shall be and they are hereby
reduced to $25.00 per week. In addition, the Defendant, shall
and he is hereby ordered to pay $25.00 per week until the arrearage

j Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of Circuit Court
and by him remitted to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00
as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in accordance with the Final Judgment
previously entered herein.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie-County,
Florida, on this 20th day of September, 1979.
