THIS CAUSE was heard on September 18 , 1979 ,upon the Notion
for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the !
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Coul<t and not having been
represented by an attorney, and the CourE having-heard all of the testitdony of _
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGBD that RALPH L. REESE
the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of -this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in-the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, .
commencing on Seple_mber 18 , 1980 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found. _
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may-purge himself (either before or of ter
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 3238.00 ,_plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said RALPH L. REESE on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be prolaptly notified of hie
- arrest. It is further
~ ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
_ ordered to forward said arrearage payment received fraw the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Depar bsent of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcesent Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
