THIS CAUSE was heard on September 18 - , 1979 u-poa the Motion _
for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
represented by-an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully_adv~sed in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that -AI:FORD LEE GILBERT , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this. Court for his .willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is -
ORDERID-AND ADJUDG® that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to-serve 30 days-in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, .
- commencing on- March 18 , 19 80 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found.
- PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he say Furge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 271.91 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of this County, together with costa of fhia arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE-STATE-OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said ALFORD LEE GILBERT on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court sad this Court shall be ptamptly notified of his ~
arrest. It is further -
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to _forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the ~
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child-Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this ~ day of
