THIS CAUSE was heard on September 18 , 1979 upon the Motion
for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed .herein by. the Petitioner,-and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, ind the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard alI of the testimony of
the parties and-being fully advised-in the-premises, it is therefore -
ADJUDGED that GEORGE WRITE, JR. , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to gay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDSRF.D AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced. to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, .
coanencing on November 17 , 19 79 , or as soon thereafter as he can be '
found. - -
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 370.00 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the""Clerk
of Circuit Court of-this County, together with-costs of this arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore =
ALL AND SINGULAR OF-THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
~ to take into custody the said GEORGE WHITE, JR. on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
-County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the_Circuit Court and this Court shall-be promptly notified of his {
arrest. It is further -

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the
- above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Ibulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304. _ .
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this day of
