ORDER _
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the ,testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order. on child support shall be and the-same is hereby granted;
it is further -
- - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~(,'TCidE_~ ~
19 74 the Father, KING DAVID JONES _ shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 0.00 per week each and every
week , plus $2.00 statutory fee, which amount shall be remitted
monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Unit,-1317 Flinewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
i money orders and cashiers checks-shall bear the payees name and Social Security
Number and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
Clerk of the Circuit-Court
Support Department -

it is further
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered amounts
the sum of $ per shall be and the same is hereby
ordered to be paid as set forth herein as and for arrearages or past. unpaid
child support which is due and owing in a total amount of $
Said arrearage payment shall continue until entire arrearage is fully paid;

ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
responsible patent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary ar receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments .from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
- having custody of the child(ren).. -
