-ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Respondent's request
to stay Order of Contempt, and the Court being fully advised in the _
premises, it is,
STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto as follows:
1. The Order of Contempt dated June 13, 1979, shall be stayed -
as to the October l2, 1979, date given Respondent to purge himself by
paying arrears in the amount of $2142.00, but shall be modified to reflect
the arrearage which has accumulated from June 18, 1979, through September
17,-1979, in the amount of $210.00, thereby setting Respondent's total
amount of arrears at the sum of $2,352.00. -

2. Respondent shall be permitted to make-payments of $40.00
per week to the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box
700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, beginning Monday, September 24, 1979,
and each Monday thereafter; $30.00 of which shall be applied to current
support and the remaining $10.00 to arrears until the entire sum of
$2,352.00 has been fully paid.- In addition, there is hereby „assessed
an additional $2.00 per payment as Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing
support-payments and said payments are to disbursed by the Clerk in the
manner set forth in the Order of this Court in-Case No. 78-291 FR, dated
June 13, 1979.
3.. Upon Respondent's failure to make any of the required
payments as hereinabove set forth, and Affidavit from the Office of State
Attorney showing that Respondent has not complied with the terms of
this Order, within a-period of five days from the due date of any pay-
t
ment, this Court will thereupon enter an Order of Commitment ordering ~
the arrest and confinement of the Respondent in the County Jail of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for a period of thirty (30) days, provided, however, `
