THIS CAUSB was heard on September 18, 1979, upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contempt previously filed h~rci~ by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner-being present-in Open Court and represented by counsel, and -the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that SAMUEL McPHALL, the Respondent, had the financial
ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
-payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, SAkI[1EL McPHALL~ shall
and he is hereby ordered to pay one-half of the arrearage of $675.00 $337.50
on or before November 17, 1979. If said Respondent pays said $337.50 on or
before :November 17, 1979, he shall then pay the remaining $337.50 on or before _
January 17, X980, however, if said Respondent fails to make the payment- of
$337.50 ~n or before November 17, 1979, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED-that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
j commencing on November 17, 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after ,
incarceration) and be released by paying-the sum of $675.00, plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14, 1979, to the Clerk of
Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of this-arrest. You and you:
~ duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF_FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the said SAMUEL McPHALL, on said date or as soon thereafter
as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of
the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
It is-further -
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the
above arrearage ig pa3$ 'in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this o?pf~ day of
