THIS CAUSB was heard on September 18 1979 upon the Motion
for Enforcemeat and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the -
-Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
- represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore -
ADJUDGED that EDDIE WILSON PACK ,-the Respo~ent, had
the ~f financial ability to pay the suu~s hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged-
guilty of Willful contempt of this-Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein.- It is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 3G days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
coamencing on November 17- , 19 79 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or of ter
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 366.50 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk.

your-duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THL STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said EDDIE WILSON PACK on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie-
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his
-arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the_Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforceu~ent Section, 1317 Winew~ood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304. ~ •
