THIS CAUSE was heard on Seytember 18 197_,, upon the Notion
for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open-Court and not having been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore -
ADJUDGED that JERRY WILSON , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the suss hereinafter referred to and is_now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on December 18 , 1979 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found .
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 340.00 , plus $2.00
-statutory fee (arrears'-and costs)-due as of August 14 1978, to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and
_ your duly authorized deputies are therefore -
- ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OP FLORIDA are directed
~ to take into custody the said JERRY WILSON on Said date or -
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St.-Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court-shall be promptly notified of his
arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the -
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Suppo~~BnfQrceoent Section, 1317 Wine rood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
