ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on September 18,
1979, upon the Petitioner's Petition for Modification of Final
Judgment and the Court having heard testimony and argument of -
counsel and being otherwise fully-and well advised in the premises,
it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification
be and it is hereby granted; it is further _ -
ORDERED AND_ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment shall be
amended in that_the Respondent shall and he is hereby ordered
to pay the AFDC arrearage of $310.00. Said payments shall be
made in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment entered herein.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,.
Florida, on this 20th day of September, 1979.
