Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is E
hereby ordered to c-0ntinue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order o~ this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payment's shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural smother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
