THIS CAUSE was heard on September 18 . ].979 ,upon the Motion
for Enforcement and Conte>apt previously filed herein
by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented 'by counsel, and the
Respondent having ,appeared in person in Open Court and not baying been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testitany of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, -it-is therefore
ADJUDGED that WILLIE LEE FRANKLIN , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the suss hereinafter referred to and is noW ad3udged
guilty of willful contempt of this Coy;rt for his Willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Luc#.e County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
coamencing on November 17 , 19 79 , or as so-.:~ thereafter as he can be
found. -
- PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before-or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 425.00 , plus $2.00 -
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August~l4 , 1979, to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said WILLIE LEE FRANKLIN _ on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver hin to the sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described ~udgsent and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be vromptly notified of his
arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit-Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received fros the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcesent Section, 1317 Wine~od Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this day of
