THIS CAUSE was heard on September 18 , 1979 upon the Motion
foL Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
- Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard a-11 of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that ALBERT LEE BLACK ,-the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the-sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his Willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
" ORDBRID AND ADJUDGED that as punishaent for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, .
commencit?g on November 17 , 1979 . or as soon thereafter as he can be '
found . -
~ - PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying ,the sum of $ 306.00 , plus $Z.00 -
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk _
of Circuit Court of this County, together with coats of this arrest. You and _
your duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are directed
to take into custody the said ALBERT LEE BLACK on said date or
as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver his to the Sheriff of St. Lucie _
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be praeptly notified of his
arrest. It is further -
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,- Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this Q~~f/, day of
September 19 79 -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DEBORAH LAMB and the child EMMET CORNELIUS BLACK,
shall and they are hereby ordered to submit to blood tests for the determination
of paternity within 60 days of the date of this order. The Respondent, ALBERT
LEE BLACK, shall and he is hereby ordered to pay all expenses of said tests.
