M O D I F I E D O R D E R THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 18th day of September, 1979, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and+Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, _ 1~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - ~ t• ~ ~ 1. Respondent is not held :in contempt of Cour~~~~~~~F~ 2. Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of - TODD TETRAULT, born January 25, 1970, minor child, the sum of $30.00 every two weeks,'$20.00 of which shall be applied to arrears in the amount of $1,815.00, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for re- ceiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 21st-day of September, 1979, and thereafter on Friday of each and every-other week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, as long as the case is certified as a Title Iq'-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: State of Maryland, Division of Parole & Probation, 16 North Main Street, Bel Air, Maryland 21014. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may be deemed equitable.
