COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of
the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, and requests the court to dismiss-the Interim
Order entered in the above styled cause on the 20th day of July, _
1979, for the reason that the initiating state in this action
has requested such dismissal as per copy of letter attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
