THIS CAUSE was-heard oa September 18 , 1979 upon the Motion
for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been
represented by an attorney,.and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that JOHNNIE FREELOVE , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It 1a
ORDER® AND. ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on ~Q,Yemb~r 19-79 or as soon thereafter as he can be
found.
PROVIDED, HONEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sun of S 195.00 , plus $Z.00 -
statutory fee (arrears and costa) due as of August 14 , 1979, to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of this. arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF-FLORIDA are directed

as soon thereafter as he can be found and delivex him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for_the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his
arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received frog the Respondent until the
shove arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child -Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304. -
