COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial-Circuit Of Florida, and shows unto the Court that the
Respondent is residing outside the jurisdiction of St. Lucie County,
and is now residing at 819 N. E. 19th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida.
It is therefore respectfully moved that the Clerk of the Circuit_
Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer the entire
original file on this matter to the Cler-k of Circuit Court, Broward
County Court House, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
