MODIFIED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the 18th day of
September, 1979, upon Respondent's request-for an extension of time
to commence support payments, and the Court being fully advised in -
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that whereas the previous Order in
this. cause, dated August 15, 1979, states that support payments shall
commence on the first day of September, 1979, .said Order is modified
to the extent that support payments shall commence on the 19th day of _
November, 1979. All of the remaining terms and conditions of said _
Order of August 15, 1979, shalt be and remain the same as previously
recited.
~ ONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of September, 1979. -
