The Mortgagors agree to pay all taxes, assessments, and utilities
that may be levied and assessed against the property herein, subseq ent
to the date hereo=, and agree that if the Mortgagor shall fail to
keep the property insured or to pay any permiums or pay taxes,.
assessments, or utilities, then the Mortgagee, if it so elects, may.
pay the same, and the. amount so paid shall be secured by this-Mort--
gage, and repaid with interest by the Mortgagor within 15 days
- alter the receipt by Mortgagor of written notice thereof. Failure
to made such payments shall be deemed a default of the Note secured
hereby and of this second Mortgage.
