TUTTLE, ) _ - Cross-Defendant. - } - FINAL JUDGMENT ON CROSS CLAIt4 THIS CAUSE having come on to .be heard on the 7th day of August, 1979. upon Plaintiff's Complaint for Damages and Cross-Plaintiff's Cross-Claim and the Court having heard the evidence before it and considered the facts and the Court finding that the Defendants, JOHN D. TUTTLE, Complaint and other pleadings amended instanter to-reflect the correct. middle initial of Defendant, Cross-Defendant, JOHN E. TUTTLE, and DIANNE T[Ti"1'LE, are indebted to the Plaintiff. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, under certain promissory notes attached to the Complaint, in -the sum of $1,361.7, plus interest in the amount of $24.20, attorney's fees in the amount of $346.00. The Court further finds-tihat Defendant, JOHN E. TUTTLE, is an indemnitor for Defendant, DIANNE TUTTLE, under a Final Judgment. of Dissolution of Marriage dated February 27, 1978. The Court having determined in a Final Judgment that the Plaintiff does have and recover of and from said Defendants the sum of $1,-731.95, in damages together with the costs expended and herein taxed at $68.60, for all of which let execution issue. It is therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED to the extent that Defendant, DIANtiE TUTTLE, is liable under the promissory notes filed
