KNOW ALL MEN BY THAT PRESENTS: That we, D. F. DOLD and
CLAYTON R. KONAS, as tenants in common, the owners and holders of ,
a certain Mortgage Deed executed by A. WALLACE MOORS, JR., to
D. F. DOLD and CLAYTON R. KONAS, as tenants in common, bearing
date the-29th day of June, A. D., 1973, recorded in Official Records
Book 216, Page 211, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing that certain note -
in the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND and 00/100
DOLLARS ($135,000.00), and certain promises and obligations set forth ~
in said Mortgage Deed, upon the property situate in said State and
County-descri~bed as follows, to wit:
West 1/2 of the North 1/2 and the South 1/2 ,
of Block 4, NEW DEAL GROVES, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 53,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ;
Florida. '

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
Mortgage Deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct
the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
