1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit oorporatlon of the State of Florida. which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPOR
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment Toeing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of tmatntenanoe
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book ~4~

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record- -
