date the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this .property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE. -
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEES
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
