KATHY WILLIS ANDERSON, beneficiary of the estate of THOMAS F. -
WILLIS, deceased, moves this court for its order setting aside =
the order of discharge in this cause, and states:
1. That movant has previously obtained an order of this
court assessing-attorney fees in the amount of $620.00 against
KATHY WILLIS ANDERSON. This court has created a lien of all
proceeds to be distributed to her by virtue of that order.

2. That the undersigned has received no notice of any
