being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and ;

ITEM ONE
I give to my wife, KATHRYN ANN CAMPBELL, if she

survives me, all of my property ~ of every kind and character, both;
real and personal, and whether now owned or hereafter acquired.
_ But if she does not survive me, then I give all of said property

to my daughter, BARBARA MARY. CAMPBELL.
ITEM TWO
I appoint my wife, KATHRYN A,NN.. CAMPBELL, as the
Executrix of this my Will; but if she predeceases me, or fails to '

qualify as Executrix or ceases for any reason to act as such,
then I appoint my daughter, BARBARA MANY CAMPBELL. ~ as
Executrix of this my Will.
ITEM THREE
The following directions shall govern the settlement of my
estate by my Executrix and the privileges and powers herein con-
ferred upon my Executrix are also conferred upon her successors s
in office, if any, and shall be in extension and- not in limitation of .
the privileges and powers given by law or by other provisions of
this Will, and may be exercised without -order of or report to any
Court :
(1) Any property may be sold or exchanged publicly or -
privately for cash or upon terms, with or without advertisement.
(2) Any property may be leased for terms beyond the du-
ration of my estate, and such leases may contain options to pur-
