to file, joint State and Federal Income Tax returns for any year

or years, as well as Federal Gift Tax returns for the year of
my death or any prior year,. whenever such action, in the opinion
of my Executrix, is for the best interest__ of my estate and the
.beneficiaries under my Will, and to make or agree to such apportio~-
ment of taxes under such returns as my Executrix deems eq~•itab-lei.
ITEM FOUR
This Will is made in contemplation of the birth or the adop-?
tion of future children, for whom provision has been made; and

shall not be revoked by their advent . .
ITEM DIVE
For the purposes of this Will, a person shall not be con-
sidered to Have survived another if he or she shalt die within
' thirty (30) days of such other.
_ ITEM SIX
The provisions herein made for my wife are made expressly;
in lieu of dower, years support and any other interests in my -
estate.
