The petitioner, TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as #
the sole surviving child and sole-beneficiary of the decedent. -
Petitioner's name and address are~TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT, 1138-Charleston
Lane South,-Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219, and the name and address
of petitioner's attorney-are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, whose last known -
aiidress was 2601 North Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose age ~

was bb years and whose social security number is 304-03-449$ died
on June 25, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the-names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and 4
the ages of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this-county because

decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida, at the time
of his death.
5. TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT, whose address is 1138 Charleston
Lane South, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219, and who is qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative
of decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as ~
personal representative because he is the sole surviving child and
sole beneficiary of the decedent.
