6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are personal property and/or real property and/or
mixed property valued in excess of $10,000.00 but less than
$60,000.00. - -
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner-
is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that TERRY-LEE ALBRIGHT be appointed
personal representative of the estate of the decedent. _ _
