tagether with all amendments recorded thereto, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

That he is in possession of said premises, and is the fee simple title holder of said property. That the
same is free and clear of all encumbrances, including the lien of any judgment, mortgage, property
tai or special assessment income tax, or any other lien. That there are no mechanics liens against
