Book 292 at pages 2155 through 2179 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Charter and By-Laws of Gulfstream Villas Owners. Association, Inc., which are exhibits thereto, by all of which the Grantee, by acceptance and recording of this deed,-agrees to be fully bound. - 3. Restrictions, reservations and easements of public record. - - - 4. Such zoning and-other restrictions :upon the use of the townhouse unit and upon all of the townhouse development common property as may be imposed by governmental authgrities having jurisdiction. 5. Taxes for the current year and each subsequent year.
