' ORDER REMOVING GUARDIAN
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the Rule to Shaw
Cause issued July 12, 1978 ,and the Order on Contempt issued
August 16,-1978 ,and the Guardian having failed to appear, and no
attorney having appeared on -her behalf, and it appearing to the
Court that the said MARY FOXX FLOWERS - as
- Guardian of the Estate of VIRGINIA Ft~XX, a minor -has faiied to '
fullfill her obligation as Guardian - of the above Guardianship; by
failing to file Annual Accounting ,and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED that MARY FOXX FLOWERS be and she -
(is) hereby removed as Guardian of the Estate of VIRGINIA FOXX, -
I~i4~ubc a minor ,and that the Letters of Guardianship

~ granted .to her on the 23rd day of June 19 78 .
be and the same are hereby revoked set aside and cancelled. However the
Guardian and the Surety shall continue to remain liable.
