Property, incletdiag those past due. All rents collected by the reeiver shall be applied first to payment. of the casts of
mannagentent of the Property 'and oolledion of rents. including, but not limited to, c+esceiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and reuisoasbk attorney's foes, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 'ILe receiver shall be liable to account
only for those rents cechtally received. -
21. Ftat~se Aavaaeaa. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of the
Mortgages, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest theceoee, shall be secured by this
Mortpge when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said rates are secured hereby. At cto time shall the principal
