acknowledges that this purchase is subject to, in every respect,-the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in C.R. Book 313, pages 2347 - ~
2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Grantees

further acknowledge receipt of and reading .and examination of said

Grantees agree to abide by each and every provision of said
