This cause having come on for final hearing on the 29th
day of November, 1976, and the Court having considered. the pleadings
and being advised of the stipulation of the parties to the entry
of final judgment for the Plaintiff, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
(1) That Plaintiff, THE PROVIDENT_BANK, is entitled to
recover from the Defendant, WARREN A.~McFADDEN, the sum of Two
Million Nine Hundred And Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred And Forty-
Eight Dollars And Twenty-Five Cents ($2,953,548.25) which is the -
sum awarded the Plaintiff in the DECREE OF CONFIRMATION, DISTRIBU-
TION AND ORDER FOR A DEED by the Court of Common Pleas in and for
Franklin County, Ohio, in the-case of THE~PROVIDENT BANR -vs- W.A.M.
BUILDERS, INC., et.- al., Case No. 75CV-07-2989, on the day
of , 1976, together with interest at the rate of six
percent (6$ per annum to this date in the sum of ~~0, f~/jL.3.3 •
