IWOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the taws of the- United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Fred D, Calholul and
Valerie C. Calhouns his `+ife dated August 10tha 19 67 ,and recorded
in the public records of St . Lucie County, Florida, in 0. i~, Book 167 on page

covering property in the County of St. Lueis - ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it--
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
